Our Founder

Zeus "Sonny" Divina is a trailblazer in the recruitment industry.

As Senior Director for Talent Acquisition and Global Branding, he played a pivotal role in establishing Convergys (now Concentrix) as the largest private employer and most recognized BPO brand in the Philippines. He also served as the Global Talent Acquisition Head of the largest Filipino owned I.T. company in the country.

Aside from recruitment, he also handled senior leadership roles in sales and marketing, business development and expansion, and new product development in different industries.

An alumnus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines' College of Accountancy, Sonny's journey from his academic roots to becoming a key figure in global recruitment inspired his mission to create a lasting impact.
